You may often hear me talk about a concept of ‘spinal hygiene’. What exactly is that? Simple. It’s the simple idea of caring for your spine.
Just like the Dentists tell us to take care of our teeth for healthy smiles and good oral hygiene, we ask the same of you with your spine.
Here is an interview I did for Rogers TV Mississauga/Brampton on their daily talk show “daytime“, where I explain ‘spinal hygiene’ and discuss how important it is to take proper care of your spine and get it checked regularly.
I will be speaking at Hooper’s big spring event “Spring Into Health”. I will be talking about gravity and our posture, and how these things affect our spines, nervous systems and overall health. This will be a fun, interactive and energetic morning presentation to kick off a great day of speakers. Last week, my hero and the “Goodfather of Chiropractic”, Dr. Gerard W. Clum retired from his post as President of Life Chiropractic College West. He had been the only President of this institution, and had held this post for 30 years. He assumed the position when he was 28 years old. I can’t imagine what that must have been like. Read more
